The role
What you'll do
- Manage the PO Requisition Database and raise non-stock purchase orders
- Cross-reference supplier order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies
- Create and distribute supplier purchase order schedules
- Run daily shortages and exception reports to support supply continuity
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries, chasing supplier credits where necessary
- Maintain supplier documentation, certification records, and the Contracts Register
- Produce monthly Vendor Rating reports and communicate results to suppliers
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team
What you'll need
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in communicating with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using SAP (desirable but not essential)
- A self-motivated approach and commitment to high standards
