The role
What you'll do
- Operate and set lamination machinery to meet product specifications, production targets, and quality standards.
- Monitor material feeds, product quality, and line performance, taking appropriate action to maintain output and compliance.
- Prepare materials, trim, and package finished products while ensuring accurate data recording on company systems.
- Work collaboratively within the team to maintain safe operations, effective communication, and efficient workflow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, supporting Lean manufacturing principles and departmental KPIs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, handling materials safely.
