The role
What you'll do
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and lead Finance Business Partnering across departments.
- Analyse variances and investigate discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial systems.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and statutory accounts preparation.
- Provide critical insights on overheads, working closely with department heads.
- Get involved in stock control, pricing updates, and the costing of new products.
- Assist in audit and tax compliance, liaising with HMRC on VAT and imports/exports.
What you'll need
- CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for Finance Business Partnering.
- Competent IT skills, especially in Excel, and SAP experience (desired)
