The role

Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dedicated team? We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to drive our customer service agenda, create a market-leading service provision, and instil a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Build a committed team focused on delivering excellent customer interactions.
  • Oversee order capture via phone and e-commerce.
  • Proactive approach to increasing standards and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the launch and delivery of new IT systems and processes.
  • Define and implement the UK Customer Service Strategy.
  • Track and enhance OTIF performance, working with all departments.
  • Manage and reduce customer complaints, implementing lasting solutions.
  • Lead the use of SAP and SAP CRM.
  • Oversee communication strategies across various platforms.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Produce monthly reports and analyse data for recommendations.
  • Coach and develop team members for personal and professional growth.

  • Strong leadership skills, with proven management experience.

  • Ability to drive change and influence peers.
  • Proficiency in IT and CRM software.
  • Experience in commercial functions and customer service.
