Maintenance Manager
The role

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the maintenance function across our site — ensuring plant reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll inspire and develop a talented team, manage CAPEX projects, and work closely with site leadership and group engineering teams to deliver lasting improvements.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment
- Maximize equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards
- Drive energy efficiency and support group sustainability goals
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage CAPEX projects from planning to delivery, on time and within budget
- Use SAP PM to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions
- Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team through coaching, mentoring, and clear goal setting
- Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and innovation
