The role
Join VEKA as a Partner Programmes Coordinator and support our installer schemes with your expertise and dedication!
As a Partner Programmes Coordinator, you will provide vital internal sales and administrative support to the VEKA installer schemes.
What you'll do
- Member Account Management: Oversee Independent Network member accounts to ensure legal compliance and achievement of KPI business objectives. Promote membership benefits and provide continuous support.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor, highlight, and address any arising issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Work with the Technical Support Manager to track IBG claims and complaints via the Independent Network member database.
- Reporting: Contribute to monthly reporting requirements.
- Database Management: Keep internal databases up to date and ensure compliance with GDPR policies.
- Prospect Identification: Identify and engage potential candidates for the Independent Network and wider installer scheme. Liaise with VEKA BDMs and Fabricators regarding potential prospects.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the application, setup, and onboarding of new Independent Network member customers.
- Customer Service: Handle day-to-day homeowner and installer communications via phone and email, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks as required.

- Experience with HubSpot (desirable)
