The role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of key product and service-related projects that directly impact our customers, both internal and external. You’ll play a crucial role in driving system integrations, delivering transformational change, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively using our Project Management framework.

What you'll do

  •  Manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our values.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to develop, scope, and deliver business-critical projects with a strong focus on system integrations and innovation.
  • Track and report on project value, costs, and progress using the latest tools and frameworks.
  • Identify potential project risks early, escalate issues when needed, and provide effective solutions to keep progress on track.
  • Constantly assess and refine project plans, ensuring value-adding elements remain the focus while enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Align all projects with business goals, ensuring tangible benefits for customers and internal teams.

What you'll need

  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in structuring and managing workflows effectively.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage, persuade, and work collaboratively across functions.
  • A positive, solution-focused approach aligned with VEKA’s values.
  • PRINCE2 or PSM 1 Qualification (desirable).
  • Experience delivering IT and system-based projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management within product/service delivery environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
